J Varisco's self-priming centrifugal pumps are used in a variety of applications for handling fluids laden with solids or for heavy-duty services requiring a robust product with a long service life.
There are many design features that make J self-priming pumps a robust and easy-to-service solution:
- Self-priming capacity of up to 7.5 meters due to high vacuum levels at suction
- Semi-open impeller ensuring the passage of large diameter solids (up to 76 mm)
- Robust construction with thick castings, metal-based fittings with amply sized support and elastic coupling
- Easily replaceable wear plates to preserve the integrity of the pumps and their performance over time
- Front inspection and unclogging hatches with easy access

In addition, scheduled maintenance of the pump can extend its service life and avoid costly downtime.

If maintenance interventions become necessary frequently, the Varisco Srl Team is available for free assistance, advising on any technical improvements to be made to the pump/plant system and evaluating with the customer the possible complete replacement of the pumping part at discounted prices.
Furthermore, the maintenance and overhaul service is available through the "Service Partner Varisco" workshops or directly on site, where all inspection operations, assembly of the necessary spare parts and complete overhaul of the pump are guaranteed "turnkey".
